Fantastic Beaches

Connemara boasts an assortment of safe and sandy beaches with beautiful stones and shells, incredible views of the islands, coast, and mountains. The sand seems to change colour and consistency at each cove or bay.

Pilots have remarked that from the air the blues and greens of the shallow Connemara waters look more like the Caribbean than the coasts of Northern Europe.

Fancy a peaceful stroll, some quiet reflection time, or a refreshing swim in safe waters, the beaches of Renvyle and Glassilaun have free parking and are 10-15 minutes up the road from Ben Breen.
